Supervision

Clinical Supervision for Counsellors

I offer clinical supervision for trainee and qualified counsellors seeking a reflective, relational and ethically grounded space to develop their practice.

Supervision is a place to pause, think clearly, and explore your client work safely — without holding it alone.

I provide online counselling supervision across the UK, with limited in-person sessions available.

Integrative Clinical Supervision

I am an integrative therapist and supervisor, trained in:

  • Person-Centred Therapy
  • Psychodynamic Therapy
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Creative Arts Therapy

My approach to supervision is collaborative and thoughtful. We explore both the content of your sessions and the relational process beneath them, including:

  • The therapeutic relationship
  • Transference and countertransference
  • Emotional responses and embodied awareness
  • Ethical dilemmas and safeguarding
  • Clinical decision-making
  • Developing your professional identity

Alongside theory and ethics, I value reflective curiosity — creating space to step back, consider what is unfolding, and deepen your clinical understanding.

Supervision with me is supportive, gently challenging, and focused on safe, effective practice.

Supervision for Trainee Counsellors

As a Level 4 CPCAB tutor, I understand the academic, practical and emotional demands of counselling training.

I offer supervision for CPCAB students and trainee counsellors who would like support with:

  • Placement requirements and supervision hours
  • Linking theory to client work
  • Reflective practice and written work
  • Ethical concerns and professional boundaries
  • Building confidence in your therapeutic voice

You are not expected to have all the answers. Supervision is a space to think, reflect and grow steadily.

Online Supervision

Online supervision offers flexibility and continuity, particularly for counsellors balancing placement, work and study. Sessions are held in a confidential and professional setting and follow recognised UK ethical frameworks.

Limited in-person supervision may be available depending on location and availability.

Fees

  • £65 – 60 minutes
  • £97.50 – 90 minutes

Where possible, I recommend 90-minute sessions to allow space for deeper clinical reflection.

I offer a free 20-minute introductory call so we can explore whether working together feels like a good fit.

What you can expect

  • A warm and steady presence
  • Thoughtful, constructive challenge
  • Attention to both theory and process
  • Space for creative exploration where helpful
  • A non-judgemental and ethically grounded environment

Supervision should support you to practise with clarity, integrity and confidence.
